Our strategy is production of the best in Russia shorthair Danish breeding mink and Norwegian fox of long-haired type. At the beginning of 2014 in our farm there are 28,300 mink females and 1,050 fox females and we are one of the largest Russian manufacturers of breeding cubs and skins of fur animals. For each color type of mink population we have enough for a full selection, which allows for continued progress on the quality of hair and size of skins. The main components of technology we use to breeding work of mink is a selection of the best breeding animals among our animals and continuous crossing with the best of mink from Danish and other European farms. Over the past 4 years we have created a breeding herd of shorthair mink true to the "normal" for the qualification of SAGA FURS Finnish Fur Sales. In 2014, Danish and Finnish Fur Sales began to sell furs of "Zveroplemzavod Savvatevo" through international intersorting system. For us it is a confirmation for the quality of our skins to international standards.
